MODERN DAY CHALLENGES FOR YOUNG ADULTS AND PARENTS
Many young people today are under more pressure than ever. You may notice::
Anxiety, overthinking, or emotional overwhelm
Stress from schoolwork, exams, or expectations
Low confidence, self-doubt, or lack of motivation
Difficulty focusing, organising, or managing routines
Worry about subjects, majors, or future career choices
Mood swings, withdrawal, or emotional ups and downs
Communication challenges or frequent conflicts at home
You’re not alone — and your child doesn’t need to navigate this on their own. Support can make a powerful difference.
HOW COACHING HELPS
Coaching gives young adults a safe, neutral, non-judgmental space to talk, reflect and learn practical tools to manage life better. It helps them build emotional intelligence, self-belief, and adaptation skills. Constant mentor support reinforce connection and sense of belonging.
They’ll learn to:
Handle anxiety, pressure and emotions
Improve confidence and self-belief
Build healthy habits and routines
Develop focus, motivation and structure
Make clearer academic and career decisions
Communicate better with parents and peers
Navigate friendships, stress and expectations
Coaching turns confusion into clarity — and stress into stability.
WHO IT'S FOR AND LIMITATIONS
Ideal for individuals ready for self-improvement with measurable progress
Coaches are not licensed therapists -- coaching is solution-driven and future-focused, not for diagnosing or treating mental health disorders
I’m Saima - a British national with a multicultural upbringing, a mother of two, and someone who has lived across London, Dubai, South Asia and now Riyadh. Losing both my parents at a young age forced me to grow up quickly, shape my own future, and develop a deep sense of resilience. That journey is why I’m so driven to support young people today - because I know what it feels like to navigate life without guidance.
I spent 8 years in London’s corporate world with companies like Barclays, M&S, BSkyB and Lloyds Banking Group, where I became fascinated by the psychology behind decision-making and behaviour. After moving to Dubai, my exposure to diverse cultures strengthened my understanding of family dynamics and the challenges young adults face.
In 2020, I left the corporate path to do the work that felt most meaningful to me: helping people. I trained as an ICF-certified coach, became an NLP Practitioner, studied counselling with CPCAB UK for two years, and completed CBT training with Oxbridge UK for one year. This combination allows me to go deeper than traditional coaching - helping clients feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
Today, I specialise in supporting young adults and their parents. Emerging adults are facing more pressure, confusion, and emotional overwhelm than ever before - and parents often feel unsure how to help. I bridge that gap. I help young people build confidence, clarity, and direction, and I guide parents to understand their children better and communicate with more empathy and structure.
My belief is simple: every young person deserves support, and every parent can learn how to guide them with confidence.
