MODERN DAY CHALLENGES FOR PROFESSIONALS AND TEAMS
Many professionals today are carrying more pressure than ever — inside and outside of work. You may notice:
Stress, anxiety, overthinking, or emotional overwhelm
Burnout, exhaustion, or difficulty switching off
Feeling emotionally drained while still expected to perform
Low confidence, self-doubt, or imposter syndrome
Difficulty focusing, organising, or managing competing priorities
Workplace conflict, communication challenges, or difficult conversations
Career uncertainty, role transitions, or feeling “stuck”
Balancing performance with personal wellbeing and family responsibilitiesAnxiety, overthinking, or emotional overwhelm
You’re not alone — and you don't have to navigate this on their own. Support can make a powerful difference.
HOW COACHING HELPS
Coaching gives professionals a safe, neutral, non-judgmental space to pause, reflect, and work through challenges with clarity. It’s practical, supportive, and focused on real change — helping you strengthen confidence, emotional resilience, and performance under pressure.
Coaching helps you build self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and the tools to navigate work and life with more steadiness.
You'll learn to:
Manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm
Improve confidence, self-belief, and presence
Build healthier routines and boundaries
Strengthen focus, motivation, and productivity
Navigate career uncertainty and make clearer decisions
Communicate more effectively and handle difficult conversations
Manage workplace pressure, expectations, and change
Feel more grounded, supported, and in control
Coaching turns pressure into clarity — and stress into stability.
WHO IT'S FOR AND LIMITATIONS
Ideal for individuals ready for self-improvement with measurable progress
Coaches are not licensed therapists -- coaching is solution-driven and future-focused, not for diagnosing or treating mental health disorders
I am Saima - a British national with a multicultural upbringing, a mother of two, and someone who has lived across London, Dubai, South Asia, and now Riyadh. My life experiences have shaped a deep sense of resilience, perspective, and emotional strength — qualities I now help my clients build in themselves, especially during high-pressure career and life transitions.
I began my career in London’s corporate world, spending 8 years working with organisations including Barclays, Marks & Spencer, BSkyB, and Lloyds Banking Group. During this time, I became deeply interested in the psychology behind decision-making, performance, workplace behaviour, and how stress impacts confidence and leadership.
After moving to Dubai, I worked within even more diverse environments and saw first-hand how culture, identity, family responsibilities, and ambition can shape a person’s professional journey — particularly for people navigating growth while carrying a lot behind the scenes.
In 2020, I stepped away from the traditional corporate path to do work that felt more meaningful: supporting people. I trained as an ICF-certified coach, became an NLP Practitioner, studied Counselling (CPCAB UK) for two years, and completed CBT training with Oxbridge UK. This blend allows me to coach with both structure and empathy — helping clients build clarity and confidence, while also strengthening emotional resilience and mental wellbeing.
Today, I specialise in career, professional, and executive coaching, with a strong focus on employee mental wellbeing. I support professionals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, underconfident, or stretched thin — and I help them move forward with clearer thinking, stronger boundaries, and a more grounded sense of self.
My approach is practical, supportive, and deeply human. Whether you are navigating a career transition, stepping into leadership, rebuilding confidence, or simply trying to perform well without burning out — coaching can help you feel more steady, more capable, and more in control.
